# How do I clear my internet browser cache?

## When the web page doesn't behave as expected...

FOR DESKTOP / PC

***Scroll down to see the instructions suggested for the internet browser you are using***

#### **Google Chrome**

1. Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
2. Select **Settings**.
3. Go to **Privacy and security**.
4. Click **Clear browsing data**.
5. Choose a **Time range** (e.g., Last hour, Last 24 hours, All time).
6. Check **Cached images and files**.
7. Click **Clear data**.

#### **Microsoft Edge**

1. Open Edge and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
2. Select **Settings**.
3. Choose **Privacy, search, and services** from the left menu.
4. Under **Clear browsing data**, click **Choose what to clear**.
5. Select a **Time range**.
6. Check **Cached images and files**.
7. Click **Clear now**.

#### **Mozilla Firefox**

1. Open Firefox and click the three-line menu in the top-right corner.
2. Select **Settings**.
3. Go to **Privacy & Security**.
4. Scroll to the **Cookies and Site Data** section.
5. Click **Clear Data**.
6. Check **Cached Web Content**.
7. Click **Clear**.

### **Google Chrome (Mobile – Android & iOS)**

#### **Android**

1. Open the **Chrome** app.
2. Tap the **three-dot menu** at the top right.
3. Select **History**.
4. Tap **Clear browsing data**.
5. Choose a **Time range**.
6. Check **Cached images and files**.
7. Tap **Clear data**.

#### **iOS (iPhone/iPad)**

1. Open the **Chrome** app.
2. Tap the **three-dot menu** at the bottom right.
3. Select **History**.
4. Choose **Clear browsing data**.
5. Ensure **Cached images and files** is checked.
6. Tap **Clear browsing data**.

#### **Android**

1. Open the **Edge** app.
2. Tap the **three-dot menu** at the bottom center.
3. Select **Settings**.
4. Tap **Privacy and security**.
5. Choose **Clear browsing data**.
6. Select **Cached images and files**.
7. Tap **Clear**.

#### **iOS**

1. Open the **Edge** app.
2. Tap the **three-dot menu**.
3. Select **Settings**.
4. Go to **Privacy and security**.
5. Tap **Clear browsing data**.
6. Check **Cached images and files**.
7. Tap **Clear now**.

### **Mozilla Firefox (Mobile – Android & iOS)**

#### **Android**

1. Open the **Firefox** app.
2. Tap the **three-dot menu** in the lower right.
3. Select **Settings**.
4. Scroll to **Delete browsing data**.
5. Check **Cached images and files**.
6. Tap **Delete browsing data**.

#### **iOS**

1. Open the **Firefox** app.
2. Tap the **three-line menu** in the bottom right.
3. Select **Settings**.
4. Scroll down to **Data Management**.
5. Enable **Cache**.
6. Tap **Clear Private Data**.
